The TOEIC reading and listening test usually takes 2 and a half hours to finish. The TOEIC speaking and writing test takes about 80 minutes.
The TOEFL test can only be taken online .It measure's a person't reading, speaking, listening and writing skills. The test usually takes about 4 and half hours.

TOEFL STRATEGY FOR STRUCTUE WRITTEN AXPRESSION AND READING COMPREHENSION

Preparation Strategy :

1.Read

It might sound obvious but the best way to practice for TOEFL’s reading test is to read as much as possible beforehand on as wide a variety of topics as possible. Current affairs, health, sports, it doesn’t matter. Also, cover all the media in your reading materials like books, online texts, and also magazines. Familiarize yourself also with the size of texts that are 700 words long. 

2. Practice Past Test

You need to always remember that TOEFL is a standardized test. This means it always follows the same format. Practice past tests to familiarize yourself with the format

3. Practice Summing Up

Never presume you know the meaning of a text while you are reading it. Always stop at the end of each paragraph and try to sum up what you have just read (even if it have to whisper rather than say it out loud)

4. Learn To Guess Unfamiliar Words

When you are faced with a new word what do you do? Panic? Consult a dictionary? Neither of these responses will help you in your exam. Learn to guess the meaning of new words from the context of a passage or the words and paragraphs which surround it.

5. Learn To Pick Out Pronouns

When you speak, you know there is a big difference between the pronouns he, she and it. It is the same when you are reading. Learn to pay attention to the pronouns in a text so you know to whom or what it is referring, especially if there are multiple characters in the text. This could be the difference between you answering a question correctly and incorrectly

6. Relax

In order to really capture the meaning of a text, you need to be relaxed so that you can focus on it completely. If you are very nervous you might miss important, and maybe obvious, points. Develop relaxation techniques like deep breathing during the test or even a yoga session before it! Whatever keeps you calm and works for you should not be ignored.

Strategy in the face of the TOEFL (Listening Comprehension)

A common strategy in the face of the TOEFL test Section
(Listening Comprehension) :

1. Understand in advance how to exercise the Section . Instructions work on this section will remain the same.

2. Listen carefully because the recording will only be played once.

3. The level of difficulty of questions TOEFL tend to increase the number of smaller to larger numbers.

4. Answer all questions because there is no reduction in value for the wrong answer.

5. Use the time remaining between the questions to see the answers to the next option. This will grow we predict the subject for the next question. However, stop reading the reply option when a matter is being read out. Many prospective participants contended that Section tests Comprehension Listening is the most difficult one in the TOEFL test.
There are three section in this test. Section is :

Part A

There are 30 shorts conversation, every conversation following by question.You must choose the best answer for every question which are mentioned by the speaker.

PART B

There are two long conversation, each of them following by some question. So, in one conversation contain the information to answers some question( 2 or 3) question.

        Sistem adalah sekelompok unsur yang erat hubungannya satu dengan lainnya, berfungsi bersama-sama untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Ahmad Riani mendefenesikan akuntansi yaitu, akuntansi adalah seni pencatatan, penggolongan dan peringkasan transaksi yang bersifat keuangan dengan cara yang berdaya guna dalam bentuk satuan uang dan penginterprestasikan hasil tersebut.

       Bisnis adalah suatu organisasi yang menjual barang atau jasa kepada konsumen atau bisnis lainnya untuk mendapatkan laba. Secara historis kata bisnis dari bahasa Inggris "business", dari kata dasar "busy" yang berarti "sibuk" dalam konteks individu, komunitas, ataupun masyarakat. Dalam artian, sibuk mengerjakan aktifitas dan pekerjaan yang mendatangkan untung.

        Sesungguhnya sistem akuntansi itu penting dan perlu untuk setiap orang, Instansi, Organisasi, Lembaga-lembaga lainnya. Namun, sistem akuntansi tersebut dapat menjadi suatu sistem informasi yang useless. Peranan akuntansi terdiri dari, pengendalian keuangan, operasi perusahaan dan pelaporan dan perencanaan keuangan (Ong. 2002).

SISTEM AKUNTANSI DI INDONESIA

Praktik akuntansi di Indonesia dapat ditelusuri pada era penjajahan Belanda sekitar abad 17 atau sekitar tahun 1642. Jejak yang jelas berkaitan dengan praktik akuntansi di Indonesia dapat ditemui pada tahun 1947. Akuntansi berasal dari kata asing Accounting yang artinya, bila diterjemahkan ke bahasa Indonesia adalah menghitung dan mempertanggungjawabkan.

Evoulusi akuntansi terjadi bersamaan dengan ditemukannya sistem pembukuan berpasangan (Double Entry) oleh pedagang-pedagang Venesia. Sistem akuntansi yang berlaku di Indonesia awalnya adalah sistem akuntansi Belanda yang lebih dikenal dengan sistem tata buku.

Setelah tahun 1950-an perusahaan milik Belanda dinasionalisasi dan modal asing pun mulai masuk, terutama dari Amerika yang juga membawa akuntansinya sendiri yang harus diikuti perusahaan di Indonesia. Pada saat yang sama, perusahaan yang ada masih tetap mengikuti sistem akuntansi Belanda yang sudah mapan.

Solusi unruk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan diberikannya kursus-kursus tambahan dan sarana-sarana ditingkatkan.
