Strategy in the face of the TOEFL (Listening Comprehension)

A common strategy in the face of the TOEFL test Section
(Listening Comprehension) :

1. Understand in advance how to exercise the Section . Instructions work on this section will remain the same.

2. Listen carefully because the recording will only be played once.

3. The level of difficulty of questions TOEFL tend to increase the number of smaller to larger numbers.

4. Answer all questions because there is no reduction in value for the wrong answer.

5. Use the time remaining between the questions to see the answers to the next option. This will grow we predict the subject for the next question. However, stop reading the reply option when a matter is being read out. Many prospective participants contended that Section tests Comprehension Listening is the most difficult one in the TOEFL test.
There are three section in this test. Section is :

Part A

There are 30 shorts conversation, every conversation following by question.You must choose the best answer for every question which are mentioned by the speaker.

PART B

There are two long conversation, each of them following by some question. So, in one conversation contain the information to answers some question( 2 or 3) question.

PART C

There are three conversation, each of them following by some question.

Example :

Woman 1: What are the hours for library? There's no sign on the door.

Woman 2: It's open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 8 p.m and weekends 9 to 5.

Question : What are the woman talking about?
Answer   : When the library is open

6. Inferences Based Upon Tone
